The HiFlow Pro LV 1-in-1 series microinverter is a plug-in inverter designed for residential installations such as balconies, terraces, and gardens. The HMS-360-500-1WM-LV (HiFlow Pro LV) series consists of 1-in-1 low-voltage microinverters designed for small-scale residential solar applications, such as balcony PV systems, patio installations, and small rooftop or ground-mount arrays. Each unit connects directly to a single high-power solar module and converts DC power directly into grid-compliant AC power.
The LV stands for Low Voltage. Unlike standard residential microinverters that output 208V or 240V split-phase AC power, the LV series produces nominal 120V AC output (operating voltage range of 90 V to 150 V AC at 60 Hz). This allows direct connection into standard single-phase 120V household branch circuits or plug-in setups.
No. Unlike older Hoymiles microinverter lines that required a Sub-1G proprietary DTU stick for monitoring, the HMS-1WM-LV series features integrated 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth directly inside the microinverter casing. You can commission and connect the unit directly to your home Wi-Fi network using a smartphone.
The microinverter is built for fast DIY or installer setup:
