Description

The FranklinWH aHub is a professional-grade system expansion module engineered for flexible integration of multiple energy sources and distributed solar arrays. Supporting up to three AC-coupled photovoltaic arrays with 24 kW total capacity, the aHub excels in Net Energy Metering applications and solar retrofit installations where existing arrays require integration with new energy storage systems. The configurable circuit architecture accommodates four 240V or eight 120V Smart Circuits with programmable scheduling and remote control capabilities.

The aHub provides unified control of solar, generator, and vehicle-to-load (V2L) sources through the FranklinWH App. The expansion module supports solar connections up to 330 feet away from the main system, overcoming roof space limitations and enabling ground-mount or detached structure installations.

Features:

Multiple Energy Sources On-Demand Switching for Uninterrupted Power
With versatile interfaces, the aHub orchestrates various energy sources such as solar, generator, and vehicle-to-load (V2L). This innovation allows effortless switching between available energy assets, meeting more diverse energy needs from daily optimization to backup enhancement.

Access Multiple Solar Arrays Independent Control and Flexible Deployment
The aHub accommodates up to three solar arrays with a maximum capacity of 24 kW. Each solar circuit is independently controlled, and will be automatically cut off if solar overproduction occurs. With exceptional support for distant solar system integration, the aHub allows solar connection of up to 330 ft away, overcoming the limitation of roof space and unlocking greater solar potential.

Smart Circuits Allow Easy Load Prioritization
The aHub can connect up to four 240 V Smart Circuits, which can be split into eight 120 V circuits, for scheduled or real-time manual control of heavy-duty or non-critical appliances, prioritizing essential loads and ensuring they always stay powered during extended outages, which enhances backup power security and reliability.

Unified System Control: Centralized energy management through FranklinWH App eliminates multiple platforms, enabling remote control, real-time monitoring, and dynamic optimization

Retrofit-Friendly Architecture: Seamless integration with existing solar installations and FranklinWH systems simplifies upgrades without replacing functional equipment
