PointGuard ALL-IN-ONE System FAQ
A typical SigenStor all-in-one system normally includes:
- 1 unit of Sigenergy Sigen Energy Controller 11.5kw hybrid
- 1~6 units of Sigen BAT 6.0 or BAT 9.0 battery modules, the battery module quantity according to the system configuration.
- 1 unit of Sigen loadhub as a smart gateway.
You can parallel maximum 7 systems for a project.
Sigenergy SigenStor ALL-IN-ONE system can support AC-Couple to integrated existed solar system for solar retrofit. Only having third-party inverter ( String inverter, Microinverter ) wiring to Sienergy Sigen Loadhub, the Sigenergy mySigen APP will manage the whole system.
The Sigenergy SigenStor system can support whole home backup and partial home backup.
Each battery stack capacity can expand to 56.24kWh, Maximum 7 Sigenergy SigenStor can parallel to one Sigen Loadhub for a maximum 379.68kWh storage capacity.
The Sigenergy Sigen V2X EVDC bidirectional charger cannot operate independently; it must be integrated with the SigenStor ALL-IN-ONE home energy system. This system must include at least one battery. Since the electric vehicle cannot black-start on its own—it requires the SigenStor system to initiate and discharge power to household loads.
You can add new battery modules to the existed SigenStor any time according to your need. The Sigenergy BAT 6.0 ( 6.02kWh) and Sigenergy BAT 9.0 ( 9.04KWH) module are the same dimension, it is flexible to config any storage capacity you need. Each battery module with a built-in DC optimizer to ensure the highest battery efficiency.
Yes, the SigenStor system support generator, there is a generator port in Sigen loadhub. You can hook your generator to Sigen loadhub.
Yes, the SigenStor system supports VPP (Virtual Power Plant). It offers powerful APIs that can integrate with the local utility company's API, enabling coordinated control between the system and the grid. If needed, please contact your local utility provider for more details.
The Sigenergy SigenStor all-in-one system provide a standard 10-Year warranty.
